Delhi-based Canadian Gauri Gill wins Grange Prize

Delhi-based artist Gauri Gill has won the 2011 Grange Prize, Canada’s largest cash award for photography, for her work capturing marginalized communities, migrants and modernity.  Voting by the public determines the winner in this national competition. Read more here.
