These windows are from Barcelona, where Canadian artist Mike Swaney now evolves his complex works in collage and gouache on paper, plaster and wood. His style in nearly a decade since departing Human Five (the collective he helped found in Vancouver) has captured significant attention, the latest a major exhibit at Mulherin + Pollard, in New York. Swaney’s collaged works have been shown in Barcelona, Miami, Copenhagen, Miami, New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
