Frans Muhren of Amsterdam likes working in contradictions. The results are a joy to behold.
-Sitting Mummy (green-rust), metal
-Four Legs, Four Profiles, metal
-Dead Men Walking, plastic, moulded skulls on moulded legs
-Corporate Identity I, three painted neckties in the wind, metal

HIs use of metal to describe something flexible and moving is a wonderful contradiction.
What a great description of how he executes the contradictions – hard surface, flexible form. Thanks for that.
I love the one entitled ,”Streamer 2″
I’m with Rubiescorner – Streamer 2 is my favourite, as well 🙂
This is interesting. It’s mine, too. And if you go to the website, you’ll see there are more in this style than any other. There’s something universally appealing about this configuration of loops and colors. It reminds me of something, but I’m not able to recall just now. Thank you both for taking the time to leave your thoughts.
These are creative and very colorful.
Whimsical experiences.
Great word for it, thank you for visiting.
