Born in Kimberly, B.C., Swaney has been living in Barcelona, Spain for two decades, exhibiting in galleries and art fairs around the world, including New York, Miami, Toronto, Copenhagen and Brussels.
Swaney’s work is characterized by simplified graphic compositions, bold colors, and naive figures, often incorporating elements of contemporary folklore and drawing inspiration from everyday life.
