Titled 3 Swans on the Ice, Sam Smith Park, this photograph by Steven Rowe is part of the 2025 Contact Photography Festival’s Open Call program. With over 110 independently organized artist and community exhibitions across Toronto, Open Call allows for daily encounters with photography at galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail spaces and storefronts.
