Biology, tattooing and street art influence the mixed media work of Quebec City artist Jérôme Rochette. He paints mainly on canvas using acrylic, spray paint, gesso, charcoal and markers.
His work is symbolic, narrative and iconographic.
His works are definitely worth exploring. See more at Galerie LeRoyer (installation view from 2017, above) or on Saatchi Art, here. Or watch this video of a day in his studio for a better understanding of his technique.

Exactly my taste.

Outstanding.
Great stuff! I’ve noted for awhile now that street art has worked its way into galleries. I like it! Still, I like it better outside, on walls.
Very good!
