Her practice draws inspiration from nature, travel, and everyday observations, creating works that balance spontaneity, texture, and expressive colour combinations.

Johnson earned her B.A. in Visual Arts from the University of Western Ontario and completed an art teaching degree at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She is based in Oakville, Ontario.
